Asher's All Wet

While we were in CA, we discovered that Asher loved to suck on ice. I have no idea if it's the water or the cold that he loves so much, but I say, "Hey, whatever works!" The downside is that we can't give him pieces of ice without worrying about him choking on them. So we've had to hold them. This, as Asher's Opa will attest, means very cold fingers and a very wet arm.
When we got home, I really wanted a way to continue giving him ice without the drawbacks. Fortunately, my friends are smart. We've had this little thing they make for kids that you can put chunks of food in that they can then gnaw on. Well, Ady suggested I put ice in it. My immediate thought was, "Damn, I wish I'd thought of that."
So here you have it folks. Asher's newest and favorite pastime. Now the drawback is that he gets so wet that he gets cold and needs a new outfit. But I throw caution to the wind and say, "Who cares?!?"
