A Few Days Late

It's been a little busy around here lately. I'm usually able to post something for all you "Asher hungry" grandparents by at least Tuesday, but here it is Friday. While laundry is going and Asher is sleeping, I'm getting this done. So short and sweet it's going to be.

Asher and I went to the zoo a couple Sundays ago while Dad had to work. It was a bummer to not have him with us. Asher had a great time though discovering river otters. Not just the brass statues but the real ones too.

Then the following Sunday, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit to help us celebrate Luke's birthday. We went to the Seattle Aquarium and yet again, Asher discovered river otters. Though in this picture he's having fun with fish.

I've had some questions about what words Asher is saying these days. Here's a short run down:

What does a cow say? Mmmmmoo

What does a snake say? Ssssss

What does a doggy say? Boof

What does a kitty say? Mow

What does a lion say? Roar

What does a frog say? Ledel, ledel

Also: Daddy, Mama, kitty, Henry, up, book, ball, diaper, and I'm sure a few others. He's also using the signs for more and eat.
