I'm 11 months old!

It's true. Time sure flies when you're having fun. And boy have we had fun. Oma and Opa (also known as Kate's parents Dieter and Beth) have been visiting for a whole week. They took us to Victoria B.C. It was Asher's first trip outside of the United States and he sure likes different countries. Oma and Opa have had lots of fun this week playing with, talking to, singing to, dancing with and walking with Asher. As you can tell, they are proud grandparents. They even bought Asher a hat to match Opa and Papa's hats. He looks just as good in his as they do in theirs.

Here we are along James Bay with the Empress Hotel in the background. We walked all over the place sampling pastries & coffee, going to the Royal British Museum and flirting with waitresses everywhere we went. The weather was beautiful for most of the trip.
We were all tired on the ferry ride home, but Asher especially. And as you can imagine, Oma and Opa loved having him sleep in their arms. I was pretty happy to have my arms free for the majority of the trip as well.

Unfortunately Papa had to work and only joined us for part of the day on Saturday. Maybe next time...

PS, I finally got my first two teeth!
